    Some examples of quick, easy, and healthy snack ideas are listed below. These snacks are less than 200 calories and all contain a protein source to keep you fuller longer. These are great options for those that are trying lose weight. Enjoy!


    1.          1 medium apple and 1 tbsp peanut butter


    2.          10 almonds and 1 medium banana


    3.          10 walnut halves and 3 dried apricots


    4.          ¼ cup hummus with 1 cup baby carrots


    5.          ½ whole wheat pita and ¼ cup hummus       


    6. 1 cup grapes with string cheese


    7.          1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1 cup strawberries


    8.          ½ cup Greek yogurt with ½ cup blueberries


    9.   1 hard-boiled egg with 1 cup cucumber slices


    10. 6 whole grain crackers with avocado slices (1/2 avocado)
